I find it embarrassing that I attended an appointment and since I forgot my glasses, they didn't want to do it without giving me any option and wasting my time, so I had to make an appointment for the next day and when I was leaving the session there was another client who had forgotten his glasses and they told him “don't worry, we'll find you some and solve it”, they didn't give me any option, what is that called? Discrimination? Negligence? Incompetence?. He continued at the center because I already have many paid sessions but it is a shame and even more so when they tell you that it is due to “COVID protocol”, but first the COVID protocol apparently is elective among patients and secondly when I went to hire it well they lent me some Of course because they were interested in me hiring, right? Shameful.

Excellent treatment, very efficient and friendly staff, delighted by the attention received! A 10 out of 10!

Every day worse. They charge you for making the session wrong and in circles.

I had a treatment with tension threads, I had already had it done other times outside of Zamora, they put some very small threads on my face, result 0, I will not return to this clinic.
